"A&E experience"

About: Solihull Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as a relative),

the experience from the receptionist to discharge was exceptional. Everybody had excellent communication with us, Informing us what and why was happening. The whole place was clean and a all staff were professional, knowledgeable and understanding.

We cannot thank them enough for the efficient treatment my husband received. His problem is ongoing but concise information was given which is exactly what we needed.

thank you for your kind comments about your husband's attendance and treatment at Solihull Hospital Minor Injuries Unit.

I am so pleased that you found the whole experience to be exceptional, and that you felt every member of staff communicated clearly with you, ensured that you and your husband were kept fully informed and treated your husband efficiently.

I am sorry that his health problems are ongoing, and do hope that these are resolved in due course. I am pleased to learn that you and your husband were given concise information and that it was helpful.

I will ensure that your feedback is highlighted to Jane Elwell, Lead Emergency Nurse Practitioner at Solihull Hospital, as well as to Hilary Clemson, Matron for Emergency Services and to Dr Ola Erinfolami, Clinical Director, who will be thrilled to read your comments and ensure that they are communicated to all of the emergency team.
