I have unfortunately had to undergo several treatments at various departments and wards. On every and I repeat every occasion I have been treated with the utmost kindness, care and professionalism from porters, nurses, doctors and consultants. I am at a loss to understand the seemingly constant criticism that the Medway seems to get.
