"Treatment from the admin side"

About: Royal Hallamshire Hospital / Ophthalmology

(as the patient),

As the lady consultant had previously rightly said in 2014 I was referred again to Royal Hall. for the same problem but with the right eye in November 2015. However the treatment from the admin side was abysmal and after two costly trips to Sheffield and no further decision I received a phone call, and was asked many many questions re. my general health, and I had to recite the entries on my medical prescription and SPELL each one? ? . This phone call lasted approx. 40 minutes. None of this time wasting procedure Occured on the the first Op in 2014. The Day after My wife then received a phone call suggesting the Op would be cancelled. ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?
