"pals service"

About: Manor Hospital / Urology

(as the patient),

was supposed to have urgent urethral procedure under mr ganta as stated on discharge letter, contacted urology, assesment ward and no one has details of this issue cannot contact easybook or pals left message but no return call, very poor service at the manor hospital

Have been informed by district nurse that the suberpubic catheter in my lower abdomen should of been changed after 6 weeks it is now 8 weeks with no follow- up appointment by letter or phone call. Please note I should not have to chase people for an appointment my details should have been entered on the system with contact made regarding cathter, I have now been suffering from a severe water infection which could be related to the length of time it has been in place so am very dissapointed and am glad my condition is not life threatening
