"Excellent care from a nurse in the ED"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital / Accident and emergency

(as the patient),

I attended Medway Hosp ED and was in part looked after by the nurse in charge called Vanda.

She was so caring and compassionate looking after me despite being in charge of a desperately busy Dept. She was also caring to the staff under her charge.

Thank you Vanda for making my stay first class.

Thank you for your positve feeback.

I was pleased to see that Vanda demonstrated compassion and empathy towards both the patients and staff.

It is always heartening for the staff to receive such praise.
