"Outstanding efficiency of the eye clinic"

About: East Surrey Hospital / Ophthalmology

Following a referral from my GP for acute glaucoma symptoms on Christmas Eve had call from East Surrey on 29 December for appointment on New Years Eve.

I arrived early and saw a nurse at 10:50 followed shortly after by a junior Dr. Expected to have a follow up appointment but instead saw Senior Dr, had laser surgery on both eyes, collected a prescription and was in the cafe by 1210!

On 14 January my 11:00am check up started at 10:45 with Senior Dr followed by picking up prescription. Was in the cafe at 1110!

The efficiency and consideration from all the staff on both visits can only be described as outstanding. Well done East Surrey.
