What I liked
Everyone is working so hard to make my son Mark's stay in Ward 17 a really good experience and we have had a truly magical christmas - thanks to all of you!
What could be improved
Not a thing - christmas lunch was fabulous - my favourite was the pudding. Keep up the good work!
