About: Spire Southampton Hospital

(as the patient),

I had a fairly big operation at the Spire Southampton in October, after a day and a half I was pushed out the Hospital with a bleeding, pussy and leaking wound, bowels firmly closed and a infected throat. The room was needed for the next patient and they wanted me out as soon as possible, when I got home I needed medical attention from my GP and regular visits from a district nurse.

I was promised by the Hospital Matron that my case was a one off and they apologised for the way I had been treated, however a friend of mine experienced the same type of treatment.

After I complained to the Hospital and to Spire Head Office, I have been continually ignored by their Customer Relations Team, Their complaints process is a joke.
