About: Dewsbury & District Hospital / Cardiology Locala Community Partnerships CIC / Heart failure team

(as the patient),

took in hospital following a heart attack. I want to stress the care I received when I got home. a heart nurse david came to visit me on a regular basis, for three months to sort my medication and see how I was coping. his care I received was fantastic no way could I have managed without him. these special nurses are a life saver to people like me. a big thank you isn't enough they are angels, with the care and support I received.
