"Care for my mum"

About: Birmingham Hospice – Erdington

(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

The care given by John Taylor Hospice made the last five days of my mum's life peaceful and pain-free,

The staff also showed kindness and compassion for me, my sister and the rest of my family. The doctors spent time they probably didn't have explaining things to us.

Thank you for your comments about John Taylor Hospice. All of our staff are committed to making every moment matter for everyone we care for and their families so it's important that we do find time to explain what people need to know.

It's always good to have feedback that we were able to support everyone in the family.
