I attended for minor gynaecological day surgery in October 2015. I walked into the hospital with no trouble weight bearing or moving and with no pain. Following surgery I have had agonising pain from my pelvis and the surrounding area, to the extent of not being able to weight bear.
I have asked the consultant to refer me for MRI but have been told I must wait the minimum of 12 weeks for an orthopaedic outpatient appointment and then I might be added to the waiting list for MRI. Radiology recommended the MRI when they vetoed a pelvic xray.
