"Pleased with patient care at City Hospital Birmingham"

I would like to congratulate thjs hospital for such wonderful care and attention. My wife recently went to A and E as a result of a referral from her GP as she complained of chest pains. They assessed and admitted her within 10 minutes. Early ecg and care on A and E followed by perfect care and attention on AMU was excellent. All nurses and doctors should be congratulated on their care. Transfer to a cardiac unit followed and fantastic care continued particularly by the teams on ward D5 nurses such as Arlene and Kheira provided the most professional care and attention. We cannot thank them enough. These are the strength of the NHS and following a positive outcome for my wife we can only thank them for the high standard of care and support for us. We cannot express our full feelings of thanks for what they have done.
