My daughter is at the Cygnet hospital now and has been there for 18 months, I feel totally uninvolved with her care. I have tried to get an appointment with the doctor but my calls to their secretary remain ignored as do my emails and phonecalls and messages to the OT department asking for some support in certain areas.
The only positive thing is there are some staff who do actually care about the job they do there .
Although some improvements with my daughter , being there has created new problems which no one seems to want to discuss with me !
Feeling very fed up and extremely frustrated with the Cygnet hospital at the moment !
