"Amazing staff at BCH!"

About: Birmingham Children's Hospital

My son has been under the doctor for a while now at Children's Outpatients Dept. I have never been treated with so much consideration and respect by a professional!! The doctor is extremely professional and thorough.

All the staff at BCH have been amazing with my son during his many appointments and even though it is pushed as all NHS services are, they continuously behave in a very patient, welcoming respectful manner. I cannot praise them enough!

Thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and leave such lovely comments about the care you and your son have had, it is lovely to hear that you have continually had such a positive experience from all staff.

I think sharing your experience in this way is not only great for the staff to read but it can also be helpful and reassuring for other children, young people or parents who might be worried or anxious about coming to the hospital.
