"appointments for antenatal care"

About: Croydon University Hospital

After being misinformed about my appointment time for a routine scan i was then given the next available appointment for 2 weeks later. I was told that if i wanted to change my appointment i would need to call the office for a cancellation. Since last Monday i have called several times throughout each day without success. Not once has my phone call been answered which begs the question what chance do i have of booking a cancellation if people are unable to get through to cancel unwanted appointments?

I am very sorry that you have had such difficulty in contacting the service. We have experienced on-going problems with our telephone system in the last few weeks, which we are working hard to resolve, and I apologise for the frustration this has caused. If you are still waiting for an appointment, please try calling the service on 020 8401 3116 or you can contact our PALS office, on 020 8401 3210 or at ch-tr.pals@nhs.net and our staff will try to help.
