"Put bridges in the wrong place"

Mandible slipped behind right ear, pulled face down.

Went to Dentist, given plate to hold up face, then referred to wrong dept.

All I want is for the Dental Hospital to rectify the problem they have caused, is that too much to ask?

Oh, yes indeed, the treatment I received to rectify this problem is, being passed from pillar to post.

I've been trying to get this problem sorted since October.
