"Emergency care"

About: Luton & Dunstable Hospital

Today on 11.01.2015 I was in emergency unit around 9.30 am . I had cut my finger with a sharp knife evening before and wound was small but deep. In hospital I received Immediate help, receptionist who helped me was polite and nice. When they went to call nurse to look at my finger - other staff in reception make sure I was served. The nurse was also nice smile and professional.

The nurse checked finger and said it needs some help. Than they registered me quickly and sent to Emergency Gp building F. Staff there was also so lovely and nice and the person who cleared wound and put some elastic stiches was also nice and gentle. It all together took me 30 minutes and was very nice experience even despite of my nasty cut. Only problem was finding building F and there is not too much signs to find it but there again- staff in hospital asked me what I need and pointed out right way. It should be bit more visible thou or not so far away. But anyways all those people made my visit on hospital really nice experience therefore I think they deserve very well done for professionalism , positive attitudes and for being really nice early hours on Monday morning :-)
