I had cause to take my son to A & E with violent chest pains at 1.30 am on 10th Jan 2016

The Symptoms were indicative of a heart attack.

We waited for almost an hour to see triage the sister on triage was very abrupt and had a shocking bed side manner when asking my son questions, although the nurse was quite helpful.

After they took bloods and did an ECG he was told that he would have to wait for 10 hours to see a doctor ?

My son was in real pain, they didn't even offer him pain control.... absolutely nothing .I was disgusted. We have had cause to complain about this department before shocking !!!!!
