"Minor injuries clinic"

I had the pleasure of visiting the minor injuries clinic on the morning of Friday 8 Jan - I had the misfortune of falling off my bike - I've not had a lot of dealings with the NHS but the overall service cleanliness and quality of staff far exceeding my expectations! I was dealt with in a swift but friendly and professional manner and all staff I encountered were outstanding and I would like thanks to be personally passed onto this dept. Well done I know your job is never easy but your attitude was refreshing and it was a pleasure to see ppl who love their jobs and take pride in what they do- good luck and take care.
