My wife, suffers from a condition where her salt levels drop and she loses all sense of what is going on around her. This happened over the week end and I had to call 111 to get help.
Greg and Nicola came to see to my wife at home, they could not have been better! They were both so patient and caring.
My wife was taken to Cheltenham General Hospital where she was transferred to a ward after being seen in A&E but I can’t remember which ward it was. All the staff at the hospital were lovely too but the 111 team were brilliant – because of my wife’s condition I have needed to use their services 3 times now, each time they have been faultless.
"111 team were faultless"
