(as the patient),

I have visited the health centre 3 times with a cut on my hand. I have been very impressed with the treatment and the waiting times or lack of it, 1st time 45 mins from home to return (included an x-ray), 2nd time 22 mins in the centre and this morning 30 mins in the centre (allowing for all the people who had slipped on the ice). Brilliant service with helpful pleasant staff.
