Thank you for your feedback about your recent attendance at Solihull Hospital for your injured ankle.

I am pleased to note that you were examined, x-rayed and discharged home in a very timely fashion! I'm sure you were most relieved that your ankle was not broken and I do hope that you are continuing to recover from your injury.

I will ensure that you comments are highlighted to Jane Elwell, Lead Nurse Practitioner at Solihull Minor Injuries Unit so that she can communicate your feedback and thanks to all of her team.

I do hope this is acceptable and once again, thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback, it is most important to us.
