"Good all round treatment"

I am writing this review , I wasn't the patient . My brother was an in patient for a few weeks over Christmas and new year . He and my family were satisfied with the care and attention he got during that time .

My only criticism was that a ward was closed over Christmas and a few of the patients were put on my brothers ward. Unfortunatly they were mostly very confused , wandering about . Hard work for the staff , and upsetting for the patients, particularly at night. So there was a few nights my brother had no sleep .

All the staff I came into contact with were very pleasant and helpful .

The wards he was on were Cardiology(?6) then moved to ward 5.

I'm pleased to hear that you were satisfied with the care and attention he received and the staff were pleasant and helpful.

I'm sorry to hear that he was disturbed by patients who were confused.

We do work hard to ensure that everyone is safe, cared for and comfortable.
