"My letter of 5 December to the chief executive"

This letter is to compliment the staff in your Plastic Surgery and Dermatology teams for the excellent treatment they have given me over recent months.

First, I would like to praise surgeon and their team. The surgeon conducted the most amazing piece of surgery on a basal cell carcinoma on my face that did not respond to Moh surgery. The nursing team not only assisted at the two operations which were necessary to remove it but provided excellent follow-up care. The result is that the treatment has been so professional and skilful that it is virtually impossible to see that such an operation has been conducted on my face.

Second, I wish to commend the doctor and their team which I think includes the nurse. The doctor conducted the original Moh procedure and referred me immediately to the surgeon's team who conducted the first operation that day. I am under the doctor's continuing care for a keratosis on my nose. The doctor and their team are also well deserving of praise.

I felt strongly that the brilliant treatment I have received at St Helier and am continuing to receive was definitely worthy of bringing to your attention.
