"Really doing there best"

This hospital, along with other NHS hospitals gets a lot of bad press. My aunt was admitted here with increased seizure frequency, and it was daunting for our family. The ambulance crew were great, and so were the a&e doctors and nurses. They really were doing there best and we were all reassured and put at ease, from health care assistants to consultants everyone of them gave the impression they genuinely cared. Of course the hospital was over stretched, but the ward staff were fantastic, some elements do need improving such as waiting times but I believe the staff are fantastic and do the best by their patients.
