"Cancelled appointment, but no new booking."

About: Salisbury District Hospital

After seeing the nurse in Oct 2014, I received an appointment for Oct 2015.

This was cancelled and since I have had no new date, despite contacting the hospital three times.

I am having some problems and need to speak to someone soon.
