I've had to attend the hospital in various departments for both minor and slightly more major things like prostate. On not one single occasion could I fault the care, attention and skill of the staff I encounter. Inevitably things will go wrong eventually and a true test of any service is how an institution responds when it does. Mercifully I've not had to test this and hopefully never will.
