"Well done staff at Woodthorpe"

Only yesterday did I go to Woodthorpe hospital for cataract surgery, the only set back was the long wait I had to suffer 4 hours but having said that these people are very busy and have to deal with many many people which I think we should take this into consideration. Therefore I would like to take this opportunity to thank the team that looked after me put me at ease through my stay there, so I say well done and many thanks. Mrs C Bray.

I am sorry that you had to wait a little while for your surgery; I hope we kept you very well informed of what was happening and provided you with our special brand of hospitality.
