The clinic was running 45 mins late i was told several times They kept me informed during my wait. When i saw the nurse practitioner they were very friendly and reassuring. I needed a procedure doing and they talked me through it. During the procedure the staff were brilliant, they spoke to me and i wS evn able to see the images on the camera very interesting. The nurses in the room kept me calm and were so kind.
many thanks for all your fun and laughter you and your team made a scary situation and procudure more acceptable.
