"Cataract operation"

Everyone I had contact with during the whole procedure was kind and helpful. Each part of the treatment was explained clearly. I was frequently asked if I was comfortable and understood what was being done. It was also explained how the eye would feel over the next few weeks, and I was encouraged to telephone if worried at all. Didn't spend long in the waiting area! All most efficient. Am recommending all friends to ask for Boston West.
