"A&E visit"

Attended A&E recently with a wrist injury after a fall. From the receptionist to leaving the whole experience was efficient and faultless. Didn't have to wait that long to be seen by the consultant and to be sent for X-rays. Told to come back due to chance of fracture not showing up till 10-14 days after. Same great service on return visit, seen by same consultant and sent for repeat X-rays. Placed in a plaster cast and an appointment made for fracture clinic 2 days later. Consultant and all staff were great, professional and friendly. Always kept informed of what was happening, my appreciation goes to all staff who do an amazing job. Overall great service and excellent standard of care.
