I attended the Urology Centre yesterday, having been referred there by my GP due to persistent problems with urinary infections. After a very thorough assessment and examination I am pleased to say that no underlying problem was diagnosed.

I found the levels of professionalism, courteousness and kindness exhibited by all the practitioners to be exemplary in every way and the `one-stop shop’ system the centre has developed to be highly effective and efficiently managed.

The whole process, from initial referral to completion, was flawless and provided a glowing testament to the NHS – our nation’s most valuable and irreplaceable institution.
