Hi, the on line blood test booking system at Chase Farm is an excellent idea and I found it very easy to book a convenient time allowing a reasonable gap prior to a pre-booked scan I had to have. However, my booked blood test time was 20 minutes late, hence getting close to my scan time. Surely the idea of this booking system is for the patient to be dealt with at the allotted time? Is this a regular occurrence or was I just unlucky on Wednesday 6th January?
