"Great children's audiology appointment"

Just wanted to feedback how impressed we were with a our son's audiology appointment today. They allowed me to pick a suitable appointment time and text me to remind me the date.

The clinic was was easy to find with cheerful helpful staff in the reception area. Lovely children's play area and the appointment was bang on time. I had been worried how I was going to keep a two year old amused if there was a delay but I needn't have worried. The appointment was quick, efficient and the audiologists provided clear information about my son at the appointment and only carried out necessary tests. The whole test was professionally carried out and perfectly managed for a two year old.

An all round impressive experience .
