I presented at A and E with floaters and flashing lights. I was referred to the Acute Department who examined my eye in great detail and was referred to a consultant. I saw the Consultant one afternoon and was operated on the next day at the end of their daily list. Very professional and caring service. How fortunate we are to have such a specialised team in our hospital.
