The staff at the Urgent Care centre are very knowledgeable and respectful. As a first time user of this NHS facility, specifically for my two children, I was pleasantly surprised. I understand they are undergoing further renovations in the pediatric area, which will really help spruce up the facility. Overall, I had a very good experience.
