"Ashford Day Surgery unit"

I had Arthroscopic Medial Chondroplasty (knee repair) yesterday in the day surgery unit at Ashford hospital. The whole experience from consultation at St Peter's, MRI to admission was excellent; I have never had to wait beyond the allotted appointment times, have always been met with politeness and professionalism and the efficiency of the surgical team was exemplary. Two particular members of staff were always ready to cheerfully assist even though they were incredibly busy and the delightful volunteer seemed to be making endless cups of tea for all of us! Please pass on my thanks to all who contributed to a satisfactory visit, I hope my recovery runs as smoothly! Well done NHS
