"Very poor hygiene"

Attended Accident and emergency and in the waiting room was blood on the floor. I notified staff who used wipes to clean it before placing them on top of a bin. The staff then touched other items with the same gloves on. This lead to other people touching the items unaware of possible contamination. It is easy to see how infections are spread. I also believe the staff are uncaring at this location. They do not like you raising concerns.
