I have to write to express my appreciation of my treatment today in the beautiful new endoscopy unit.
Following my near brutal examination in another Hospital on 12.12.15 which I reported to PALS without making a formal complaint, I cannot describe the contrast today.
All the staff were thoughtful, kind and soothing - I was frankly terrified - and the whole experience was as good as it could possibly have been.
I am certain this could not be bettered in the private sector.
Please convey my genuine appreciation to all in the unit.
