"Visited the urology dept at Westmorland Street"

About: University College Hospital

I went to the urology clinic today (UTI clinic). I was very impressed with everything today.

I arrived early and I was seen early, by the consultant and the nurse. I was very happy with the visit, I didn't feel rushed and I was treated with dignity and respect and they very kind.

I also visited the clinic a couple of months ago and it was pretty much the same although I was seen about 45 minutes after my appt.

The reception staff and pharmacy staff were equally polite and friendly.
