I do hope you are feeling better after your accident at work last month, requiring you to attend Good Hope Hospital Accident and Emergency Department.

I do hope you feel that you experienced good care and were well looked after by our staff who work extremely hard to provide a positive patient experience, often whilst working in very difficult circumstances.
