"Excellent care"

I moved to this surgery after being unhappy with my previous practice. What a difference!

The doctors don’t stick strictly to the 7 minute appointment time. If you need longer you get longer. Once I had a 45 minute appointment. The GP was great. She said “other people can wait. You need this time”.

They don’t dismiss my symptoms, they will do tests to check. The practice has picked up my diabetes which my previous GP didn’t despite me telling them about having all the classic symptoms. Now it is under control.

The receptionists at Vauxhall are great too, not like elsewhere. I also like being able to get my prescriptions sent direct to my chemists.

I am very impressed.
