"Hydrotherapy amazing!"

Following major surgery after a nasty accident I was left unable to walk without use of crutches for months and in considerable pain and discomfort. I was referred to Hydrotherapy and I cannot praise the staff and facilities enough. Hydrotherapy has made an unbelievable difference in terms of alleviating pain and tension in joints. I have been able to build up confidence and muscle strength to be able to walk unaided !

With regular hydrotherapy sessions I have also been able to reduce painkillers as sessions have eased/alleviated pain which is clearly a much healthier way of pain management. The service offered is amazing and it is a fantastic way of recovering from knee surgery and improving balance,and getting stronger ! I would totally recommend this service to anyone who has had knee or hip problems.

This facility should be promoted much more as it can make a huge difference to those recovering.
