(as a staff member posting for a carer/relative),

What the staff at John Taylor Hospice did for our mum and our family was so special. We truly appreciated their kindness at such a very difficult time.

They gave us confidence and peace of mind to entrust our mum to their excellent care and attention. We will always be grateful.
