As always when I see the ladies I saw (Julie & Laura), I feel more re-assured about my condition and my ability to cope with it.

Nothing is too much trouble and im never made to feel as if im a burden or bother (which can be the case at other appointments or clinics).

Many thanks for your feedback, I am very glad the treatment you have recieved with us has helped you to become more confident coping with your condition. It is very nice to hear you feel at ease whilst being treated by our staff. We pride ourselves on providing excellent patient care. I will feed this back to the staff involved.
