Poor and humiliating for years especially on wards in 2008 but finally much better now with a proper diagnosis and specialist. Education at the Hub is superb and I'm glad it is in place. Staff lovely. Very glad opinion of service users now listened to. Glad I have a voice, knowledge and I know what to say.
