"It gives you hope"

I was recently referred to Start in Hulme as I was feeling hopeless about everything. I have suffered from Migraine and M. E for years and it has left me isolated, I rarely get out and am not really a member of society. I just exist. Going to Start and using the activities on the Start2 website have helped a lot. It's very different to anything I've come across before, and really helps you see positives, shows you what you are good at, what your strengths are, and by the way the activities are structured, it gives you the ability to approach difficulties in life, see them in smaller managable parts that you can tackle. It gives you hope, and a feeling of achievement and when you feel good, it's so much easier to cope with things.
