"Span 2010"

Having been in hospital with mental health problems for just over a month, I was referred to Span. I attend both the the I.T. and Gardening groups which I thoroughly enjoy and find very therapeutic. I have found both these groups have helped me with my confidence and move at a pace I can cope with. The tutors on both courses are excellent and very supportive. I think it is very important that people in my situation have a place like Span to go to where they not only have the opportunity to regain their confidence and wellbeing but also meet and socialise with people in a similar situation.
