What I liked
I attended A&E with breathing difficulties late on a Sunday evening. I was treated immediately and received extremely good care from all staff. I was listened to and was able to discuss my needs. When I ask for explanations of my treatment this was given willingly and in language that I could understand.
What could be improved
I was extremely satisfied with all aspects of my care.
