About: Sandwell General Hospital

Having attended for a gastroscopy I received excellent personalised care from all the staff in the endoscopy suite.The system for the gastroscopy was very efficient . I was seen on time. The procedure was explained fully.The consultant took time to explain. The procedure itself was explained fully as it proceeded. Following the gastroscopy the results were given straight away and it was clear what I needed to do next.

I was very impressed by the whole process. Every member of staff was friendly and helpful.
